Investor Grievance Mechanism
If a client has any grievances / complaints, the client can raise the issue by writing us at hello@wealthemoji.com
If the client's issue is unresolved after a period of 15 days from the date of first raising the issue through email, or the client is not satisfied with the response provided the customer may, post completion of 15 days period from the date of first raising the issue, write to the Managing Partner & CEO at:

Note: If any case needs additional time, Wealthemoji will inform the client the reasons for the delay and provide expected timelines for resolution of the issue. If you feel that your grievance is not redressed satisfactorily, you may lodge a complaint with SEBI through the Scores website or the SEBI Scores app for Android or iOS. View Details Complaints
If the complaint is still not resolved by Managing Partner in next 15 days, or if the client is not satisfied with Wealthemoji’s grievance redressal, the client may, approach SEBI at: www.scores.gov.in and can lodge complain in “Complaint Registration” under “Investor Corner”.
